FlatrateBooster is for everyone who wants to make affordable international calls from their mobile phones. You can choose yourself for which networks you want to use FlatrateBooster, e.g. to reduce costs for calls to external networks. It is automatically activated when a call to a selected network is placed.

In many countries the call to the destination is routed through a national landline phone number (callthrough).If you have a flat rate to national landline numbers there will be no costs incurred by your provider for dialing this landline number.

While the sim card is in roaming mode callback will automatically be used. For callback please be reminded, that there will be additional roaming charges that your provider will be charging you.

For all international termination charges please check our pricelist. Please note that some countries are using a toll-free number, that will incur additional charges listed in our price list. For countries without a callthrough number FlatrateBooster will be using callback. The callback is additionally charged according to our price list.

There are no additional connection charges, no subscriptions or other hidden costs. You just pay as you go by the minute. The price will be announced before the call is connected.

Register your mobile number when you start FlatrateBooster for the first time. You will be asked to choose to which network you have a flat rate. FlatrateBooster will be used for the networks you do NOT have a flat rate to.Now you can dial from your telephone book or anywhere else. FlatrateBooster detects the provider of the called number automatically and takes over the calls.

No. FlatrateBooster does not cause any costs for the called person. In the US and Canada the costs of receiving calls depend on the plan of the cell phone provider.

Yes. But we do recommend to use a local sim card in order to avoid roaming charges. In case of roaming FlatrateBooster will automatically use callback for connecting the call. Please also take into consideration the roaming charges of your provider while roaming.

By registering your mobile number FlatrateBooster automatically creates an account for you. This is required to bill your calls from this prepaid account. In case you already are DCalling customer: If the entered mobile number is already associated with your DCalling account, FlatrateBooster will automatically use your existing DCalling account to invoice your calls. If you do not have a DCalling account, do not worry.

The first time you launch the FlatrateBooster app you will be asked for your mobile number. Enter your mobile number and confirm. You will receive a SMS text message with a verification code that is automatically read by FlatrateBooster. In the USA you will receive a call for verfication.

You will hear a short voice prompt saying "FlatrateBooster" and a price announcement before every call.

You can credit your account on our website www.flatratebooster.com or from within the App using credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and Direct eBanking. Using your credit card you can set up an automatic refill. Once your FlatrateBooster account drops below a certain credit limit the automatic refill can used to credit your account automatically. Except for bank transfer the minimum recharge amount is 20 € since we have to pay a significant amount of payment fees.

New phone: Reinstall the app and verify your number (again). Please note: a new number will give you a new FlatrateBooster account. New SIM card: App identifies your new number and replaces the old one after verification.

FlatrateBooster requires Android version 2.1 or higher or iPhone iOS 5.0 or higher.

We will give you a free credit of 1 € for a recommendation on Facebook. Just click on the Facebook button in the recharge menue.

A mobile data connection is not required but recommended.

The calls are placed via a common telephone line, not via internet.

Per call about 5kb of data volume will be consumed. The main screen displaying the credit as well as the recharge pages will incur small data volumes.

Please note: A slow internet connection can cause a delayed call establishment.

FlatrateBooster ist die App für alle, die für 8,9 Cent/Min. in alle deutschen Mobilfunknetze und super günstig ins Ausland telefonieren möchten und gleichzeitig Ihren Vertrag und Ihre Sim-Karte behalten wollen.

Die Anrufe über den FlatrateBooster werden über eine lokale Festnetznummer geleitet. Mit einer Festnetzflatrate entstehen bei Ihrem Mobilfunkanbieter keine Kosten. 

Ein Anruf ins deutsche Mobilfunknetz kostet 8,9 Cent/Min. Die Preise für alle ausländischen Destinationen finden Sie in unserer Preisliste. Für Aufladungen über Google Checkout erheben wir eine Verbindungsgebühr von 6 Cent pro Gespräch. Es gibt kein Abo und keine versteckten Kosten. Pro Minute bezahlen Sie nur das, was Sie vertelefonieren.

Die Kosten für einen Anruf werden über Ihr Prepaid-Konto bei FlatrateBooster abgerechnet.
 

Registrieren Sie sich mit Ihrer Handynummer, wenn Sie FlatrateBooster das erste Mal starten. Sie werden gefragt, in welche Netze Sie eine Flatrate haben. FlatrateBooster wird dann automatisch für die Netze genutzt, in die Sie KEINE Flatrate haben.
Telefonieren können Sie ganz einfach über das Telefonbuch oder die Rufnummerneingabe in Ihrem Smartphone. FlatrateBooster erkennt das Netz der angerufenen Nummer automatisch und schaltet sich entsprechend ein.

Wenn diese Einstellung auf "ein" geschaltet ist, laufen alle Auslandsgespräche automatisch über den FlatrateBooster. 

Bisher können Sie den FlatrateBooster nur aus Deutschland mit einer deutschen SIM-Karte nutzen. Wenn Sie über die bald erscheinende internationale Version informiert werden möchten, schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail.

Der FlatrateBooster deaktiviert sich automatisch, wenn Sie sich im Roamingbereich befinden.

Durch die Eingabe der Handynummer wird automatisch ein Konto bei FlatrateBooster für Sie erstellt.Dies ist nötig, da Ihre Anrufe darüber abgerechnet werden. 

Falls Sie bereits DCalling Kunde sind:
Wenn Ihre Handynummer in Ihrem DCalling Konto hinterlegt ist, wird der FlatrateBooster über Ihr DCalling Konto abgerechnet.

Sie können den FlatrateBooster aber auch ohne DCalling Konto nutzen.

Das erste Mal, wenn Sie den FlatrateBooster benutzen, werden Sie nach Ihrer Handynummer gefragt. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Handynummer mit internationaler Vorwahl ohne führende Null ein. Sie erhalten anschließend eine SMS mit dem Verifizierungscode. Die App sollte diesen Code automatisch erkennen.
Falls dies nicht automatisch geschieht, können Sie den Code auch manuell eingeben.

Zu Beginn des Anrufs hören Sie die kurze Ansage "FlatrateBooster" und den entsprechenden Minutenpreis des Anrufs. 

Sie können Ihr Konto per Kreditkarte, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal und Banküberweisung aufladen. 
Per Kreditkarte können Sie Ihr Konto automatisch aufladen, sobald Ihr Kontostand unter einen bestimmten Betrag fällt. 
Mit Ausnahme von Banküberweisung beträgt der Mindestaufladebetrag 20 €, da für uns bei diesen Bezahlungsmöglichkeiten erhebliche Bearbeitungsgebühren anfallen.

Neues Smartphone: Installieren Sie die App und verifizieren Sie Ihre Nummer (erneut). Bitte beachten Sie: Eine neue Nummer erzeugt automatisch ein neues FlatrateBooster Konto.
Neue SIM-Karte: Die App erkennt die neue Nummer und ersetzt die alte nach der Verifizierung. 

FlatrateBooster benötigt das Betriebssystem Android 2.1 und höher. Eine Version für das iPhone erscheint in Kürze. 

Für ein Posting auf Ihrer Facebook-Pinnwand schenken wir Ihnen einmalig 1 € Guthaben. Klicken Sie einfach auf den Facebook-Button im Menü "Konto aufladen".

Eine mobile Datenverbindung ist nicht zwingend notwendig, wird aber empfohlen. Die Anrufe über den FlatrateBooster laufen nicht über das Internet, sondern über eine gewöhnliche Telefonleitung.
Pro Anruf fällt ein Datenvolumen von weniger als 5 Kb an.
Die Anzeige sowie das Aufladen des Guthabens verbraucht ebenfalls ein geringes Datenvolumen.
Bitte beachten Sie: Eine langsame Internetverbindung kann zu einem verzögerten Rufaufbau führen.
